Job summary

Island Restrooms is hiring for a Route Service Technician at our Key Largo depot in the Upper Florida Keys. You’ll drive a route to service and restock portable toilets and luxury trailers, perform vehicle inspections, and keep the depot yard organized for daily operations.

The role is full-time, in-person, with occasional weekend duties for events. CDL not required and no prior experience is needed as training is provided. Competitive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and clean driving record.
• Background check required.
• Reliability, integrity and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive an assigned route to service, clean, and restock portable toilets and luxury trailers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain the service vehicle.
• Keep the depot yard organized and ready for daily operations.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop.
• Assist with events and VIP properties as needed.
• Document service activities and report equipment issues.
