Cintas Corporation seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and upsell within an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and facility products.

This physical, fast-paced role offers a solid base salary with commission potential, a 4-day workweek for most routes, and no nights or weekends, plus ongoing training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have an active driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation regarding their previous employment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and the drive to work in a teamwork-based environment.
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service renewals and managing inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
