Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Route partners drive a truck on an established route, servicing and selling to an existing customer base, delivering uniforms and facility products in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor setting.

This position offers a solid base salary with commission potential after a route is assigned, a 4-day workweek predominance, and bonuses along the way.

Qualifications

• DOT-qualified driving as required for vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Be at least 21 years old and provide prior employment documentation.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying professional and safe.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
