Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell to an existing base of customers, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies in a fast-paced, indoor/outdoor environment.

Responsibilities include building relationships with decision makers, maintaining quality standards, upselling, and renewing service agreements while adhering to safety regulations.

• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
