Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Route Service & Sales Technician to service commercial dish machines, perform maintenance and repairs, restock products, and upsell cleaning solutions on a Chattanooga route. You will be trained, drive company vans, and join an on-call rotation.

The role is hourly with overtime opportunities, typical 45–48 hour weeks, and quarterly bonuses based on route performance. Uniforms and company vehicles are provided.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a Route Service & Sales Technician, you will play the crucial role of providing exceptional service to our valued customers. After completing comprehensive training, you will be assigned a route within the Chattanooga area and become the face of our great business. During customer visits, you will ensure their commercial dish machine is cleaning & sanitizing dishes properly, perform preventative maintenance, and execute any needed repairs. You will also restock customer products, collect payment, and upsell our cleaning and disinfecting products. You will be equipped with a company phone and drive our Auto-Chlor vans. Continuous on-the-job training will be provided to support your success.

What you will Gain:

• This is an hourly paid role ($22/hr-$23/hr-$45,000-$50,000) Overtime along with commissions paid on route size and route growth
• Bonuses paid quarterly for top performers
• Company uniforms are polo shirts with logo, work pants and non-slip shoes
• A typical workweek is 45 - 48 hours plus being part of the on-call rotation
• Overtime pay applies to this role

• Enjoy a fast paced and physical role doing a wide range of daily activities in customer kitchens like customer service, sales, repair, maintenance, invoicing, inventory and staff training.

Physical Requirements and Environmental Considerations

• Able to safely perform the full range of duties to include frequent lifting up to 40lbs, kneeling and crouching up to 2hrs a day, climbing, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs
• Scheduled 45hr - 48hr work weeks
• Safely drive company work vans
• May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations
