Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Route Service & Sales Technician for our Antioch, TN location. You will operate a company van, provide preventive maintenance on commercial dishwashing equipment, and build lasting relationships with customers.

This full-time, on-site role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime, paid holidays and a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay is $21–$22 per hour, with annual earnings estimated between $60,000 and $65,000 depending on overtime and location.

Qualifications

• Experience in service or maintenance is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic repairs.
• Valid driver's license; ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screen.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participating in an on-call rotation.

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical aptitude - comfort with tools and basic repairs.

• Customer service & sales mindset - ability to build relationships and recommend additional products.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
