Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean in Maple Grove, MN to manage and grow a base of customers by cleaning surfaces with no-touch equipment and delivering exceptional service. You will operate a company van, perform routine maintenance, and upsell additional products and services to existing accounts.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, DOT compliance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning customers’ surfaces using customized no-touch cleaning equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from numerous customer stops, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and requests with proactive problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain the equipment and interior of the vehicle; routes and customers are assigned to build rapport with customers serviced.
• Build strong customer relationships and prioritize service excellence.
