Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean to manage and grow customer accounts in Laurel, MD. The role involves driving a company van, cleaning customer surfaces with no-touch equipment, and selling additional products and services to existing customers.

The position requires meeting DOT driving requirements, including a valid license, DOT medical certification, and being 21 or older, with a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift/carry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis by cleaning surfaces with no-touch equipment.
• Drive a company-owned step van to and from customer stops, including lifting and carrying equipment.
• Grow the route by selling additional products and services to current customer accounts.
• Respond to inquiries and proactively solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Clean and maintain vehicle interior and equipment; build rapport with customers on assigned routes.
• Prioritize customer service and relationship-building in daily tasks.
