Mini Melts USA, LLC is seeking a Route Service Representative in Charlotte, NC. The role covers representing our ice cream brand at customer locations, stocking vending equipment, and delivering product in a company Transit Van. You will work with local leadership to drive growth and ensure top-notch service standards.

Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a reliable commute. A pre-employment physical, drug test, and background check are required.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule; able to work at least 40 hours/week.
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable Transportation to and from work.
• Pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must be able to Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mini Melts Ice Cream to customer locations (Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities).
• Work with decision makers to ensure we meet their needs with our white glove service commitment.
• Service and stock Mini Melts equipment at each location (vending machines and Grab N Go freezers).
• Deliver product using provided Transit Van.
• Collaborate with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brand.
• Update management through our route-for-me software.
