Job summary

Mini Melts USA, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Route Driver Service Representative to join our distribution team. The role involves representing Mini Melts at customer locations, stocking and servicing vending equipment, and delivering product with a Transit Van.

You will work with local leadership to drive growth, ensure service quality, and meet scheduled routes. A valid license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a reliable transportation are required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Report to local depot at start of each day.
• Drive Transit Van and follow all laws and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and pre-employment physical and drug test; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mini Melts Ice Cream to customer locations (Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities).
• Work with decision makers to ensure we meet their needs with our service commitment.
• Service and stock provided equipment at each location (vending machines and Grab N Go freezers).
• Deliver product using company Transit Van and coordinate with leadership to drive growth.
• Collect, secure, and transport funds from serviced machines to the office.
• Ensure equipment is operational and updated with current point of sale; perform maintenance as needed.

Job Description:

The daily responsibilities of a Route Service Representative(RSR) include but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for representing Mini Melts Ice Cream to our various customer locations(Convenience Stores, Drug, Grocery, Entertainment Centers, Malls & Schools and universities)
• Work with decision makers in these locations to ensure we are meeting their needs with our white glove service commitment
• At each location on your route you will service and stock Mini Melts provided equipment which includes vending machines and Grab N Go freezers
• You will be provided a company vehicle, Transit Van to deliver product
• Work closely with local and regional leadership to drive growth for the Mini Melts brand
• Collect, secure, and transport funds removed from serviced vending machines and Grab N Go collections to the office
• Ensure equipment is fully operational and updated with current point of sale. On service call you will be responsible for preventive maintenance such as ice scraping, cleaning, & replacing of stickers or signage of vending machines & Grab N Go freezers
• RSR will be responsible to update management thru our route for me software
• Perform tasks as needed by Depot leadership

Requirements

• Flexible schedule and ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Report to local depot at beginning of each day to receive routing updates
• Drive motor vehicles and obey all laws and transportation procedures. Our typical delivery vehicle is a Transit Van.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Driving Record
• Reliable Transportation to and from work
• Pre-employment physical and drug test
• Must Be able to Pass a criminal background check
