Job summary

Mini Melts USA, LLC is seeking a Route Service Representative to handle on-site duties in Charlotte, NC. The role requires visiting customer locations, stocking and maintaining vending equipment, and ensuring top-tier white-glove service across the footprint.

You will drive a Transit Van, meet daily routing updates, and collaborate with depot leadership to grow the brand. A valid license, physicals, and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Pre-employment physical and drug test.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mini Melts Ice Cream to customer locations (convenience stores, drug, grocery, entertainment centers, malls, schools/universities).
• Work with decision makers at locations to ensure we meet their needs with our white glove service.
• Service and stock equipment including vending machines and Grab N Go freezers.
• You will be provided a company Transit Van to deliver product.
• Collaborate with local/regional leadership to grow the Mini Melts brand.
• Collect and transport funds from serviced machines to the office.
• Ensure equipment is operational and updated with current POS; perform maintenance tasks on service calls.
• Update management via RSR route-for-me software.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Depot leadership.
