Position Overview:

As a Route Service Representative, you will serve customers in and around the Lehigh Valley. Enjoy a work-life balance with daytime routes from Monday to Friday and weekends off. We offer full-time positions with a 4-day work week (6:00 am to 4:30 pm). Your day off will depend on your assigned route. Pay starts at $24.60 per hour, with scheduled increases during the first year.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish strong customer relationships, ensure quality standards, and proactively resolve concerns.
2. Drive your designated route, service existing customers, introduce new products, and expand your route.
3. Maintain accurate inventory, conduct audits, identify additional products and services, and negotiate service agreement renewals.
4. Work professionally and safely, adhering to driving and vehicle regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age of 22 for vehicle insurance purposes
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements
