Route Service Representative

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced and involves both indoor and outdoor activities, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Compensation & Schedule

• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
• Primary work on a 4‑day work week
• Limited nights or weekends
• Monthly and quarterly performance bonuses and incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Required Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Prior to the first day of employment, candidates must:

• Have an active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Obtain a DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment
