Strategic Retail Partners in LAS VEGAS, NEVADA seeks a Route Service Representative to travel a large territory, install merchandising plans, and ensure adherence to company standards. The role involves driving SRP vehicles and arranging displays to maximize sales.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license, tech savvy, and customer service experience; must be 21+, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and willing to overnight travel. Weekly pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, Zoom).
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, and kneel for extended periods.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car as required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise products at stores using a company vehicle.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure materials are correctly placed.
• Collaborate with store managers and team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and keep shelves well-stocked; store inventory in company-paid storage as needed.

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Compensation Range:

$51,330 – $60,153 annually
Note: This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.28 – $19.28 per hour.
The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
