Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners is seeking a Route Service Representative to travel across a broad territory, set up and replenish displays, and manage stock while maintaining planograms in multiple store locations. The role requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with overnight travel as needed.

Starting early each day, you will work 48–52 hours weekly with overtime, and may stay 2–3 nights away from home per week depending on route needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Tech savvy (smartphone apps, Outlook, and Zoom)
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and bend, push, stoop, and kneel for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Physical ability to climb in and out of a vehicle frequently
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to rent and operate a rental car through company approved vendor, as required for travel or site visits.

Responsibilities

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRP's fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• Maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.
• Daily schedule starting at 6:00am, typically 48-52 hours a week with overtime available periodically.
• Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Compensation Range:

$51,021 – $59,810 annually
Note:This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.17 – $19.17 per hour.
The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location.
