Job summary

Strategic Retail Partners in Kildeer, Illinois, is hiring a Route Service Representative to execute in-store merchandising and customer service across a wide territory. You will travel to diverse store locations, set up displays, maintain planograms, and work with store managers to meet merchandising goals.

Expect a demanding yet rewarding schedule starting early and requiring overnight travel 2-3 nights a week.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Tech savvy: smartphone apps, Outlook and Zoom.
• Experience in customer service, sales and/or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to rent/operate a rental car when required.

Responsibilities

With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently travel across a large territory of various store locations to implement merchandising plans and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Set up, replenish, and merchandise our trendy and high-quality products at stores on a route driving a company vehicle from SRPs fleet.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to enhance visual appeal and drive sales.
• maintain planograms to ensure consistency across all store locations.
• Set up promotional displays and ensure promotional materials are accurately placed.
• Work closely with store managers and other team members to achieve merchandising goals.
• Manage stock, rotate products, and ensure shelves are well-stocked in store while maintaining a company paid storage unit that will store additional inventory.

Daily Schedule starting at 6:00am. The schedule is typically 48-52 hours a week with additional overtime available periodically. Candidate must have the ability to spend 2-3 nights out a week in a hotel when specific route business needs determine it.

Expected Compensation Range: $52,341 – $61,276 annually

Note:This is an hourly, non-exempt role with a base pay of $18.64 – $19.64 per hour.

The range above reflects the estimated annual compensation based on a 50-hour workweek and includes expected overtime and performance-based bonuses. Actual earnings may vary based on schedule, experience, and location
