Job summary

Loyal Hygiene Solutions in Manassas, VA is seeking a Route Service Representative to deliver workplace hygiene products and services to businesses across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland.

You will pick up soiled items, deliver supplies, resolve issues, and maintain route paperwork while upholding a high standard of customer service. A valid license, ability to lift 50-75 lbs, and pre-employment drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick up soiled products at customer's locations.
• Deliver clean hygiene and restroom service products to current customers.
• Respond and resolve customer issues, complaints or requests.
• Communicate daily with the service manager regarding any issues or requests.
• Complete route paperwork including invoices and Route Accountability Sheets.
