Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will support daily operations, ensure accurate, on-time service, and look for upsell opportunities to grow your route.

This full-time role offers a daytime Monday–Friday schedule on a nationwide platform, with a commission component and benefits. A valid driver’s license and DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Valid driver’s license, 21+ years old, clean driving record.
• DOT compliance requirements, including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior customer service, route sales or delivery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on assigned route with daily deliveries and pickups.
• Assist service team with loading/unloading route trucks and daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow relationships by addressing service needs and upselling suitable garments/products.
• Identify opportunities to expand the route and revenue while maintaining safety.
