Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Route Service Representative (RSR) to be the face of UniFirst to customers, delivering and returning garments daily while building trusted relationships on your assigned route. You will manage deliveries and pickups, support daily operations, upsell products, and represent the company with safety and professionalism on the road.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell new garments and products on the route.
• Drive sales growth by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding the route.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with a commitment to safety and professional service.
• Contribute to service excellence by troubleshooting issues and maintaining inventory.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule on the same route.
