Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Culpeper, VA seeks a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels and other facility products. You’ll build rapport with key decision makers and ensure service quality on every visit.

The role features a 4‑day workweek, minimal nights/weekends, a base salary plus commission, and comprehensive benefits with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT driving requirements.
• Active driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
