Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative in York, PA. You will manage and grow customer accounts by delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, cleaning products and other facility services along an established route.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek, minimal nights or weekends, and opportunities for base pay plus commission after routes are assigned, with ongoing training and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must meet all DOT requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver's license, 21+ years, DOT medical certification, and documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Ability to meet physical requirements; strong customer service orientation; self-motivation and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
