Cintas Corporation in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive and service an established route, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products, while building rapport with customers.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• DOT medical certification required before first day.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and drive to work in a teamwork-based environment.
• Positive attitude with organization and service spirit.

Responsabilités

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
