Crown Uniform & Linen Service in Windsor, CT is seeking a Route Service Representative to deliver and pick up uniforms, linens, mats, and related products to our customers on a Monday–Friday schedule. You will resolve customer issues, manage delivery paperwork, and support a fast-paced, detail-oriented team environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, independent work, and reliable driving with the potential for growth as the company expands in the Northeast.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
• DOT medical card (or able to obtain one).
• Able to frequently lift/carry 50–75 pounds.
• Able to push/pull linen bins/delivery hamper weighing up to 200 pounds.
• Able to drive extensively in varied weather conditions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers.
• Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager.
• Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including invoices and Route Accountability Sheets.

Route Driver Needed in Windsor, CT!

Location: Windsor, CT

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Position Overview

We're looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and can work independently in a fast paced environment.

What will a typical day look like for you?

• Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers
• Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager
• Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets
