Crown Linen Service, Inc. in Windsor, CT is seeking a Route Driver to deliver and pick up linens for a growing, family-owned organization. You will interact with customers, ensure accurate deliveries, and maintain efficient, independent work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to push/pull linen bins up to 200 pounds.
• Comfortable driving in varied weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues or requests; relay concerns to the Service Manager.
• Handle and accurately process all delivery paperwork, invoices, and route documents.

Route Driver Needed in Windsor, CT!

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our close-knit, family-owned organization as a Route Service Representative. We're looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and can work independently in a fast paced environment.

What will a typical day look like for you?

• Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers
• Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager
• Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets
