Job summary

ITU AbsorbTech in Lancaster, SC is hiring a Route Service Representative (Route Driver). You will provide excellent customer service, remove used products and replace them with clean items at customer locations. This is a physical role: loading/unloading a box truck.

Schedule is four 10-hour days Monday-Thursday with one overnight route per week; no weekends or holidays. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour plus potential commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in sales, route delivery, or customer service preferred.
• Comfortable driving a box truck; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Remove used products and replace with clean products at customer locations.
• Load and unload products from box truck.
• Route Service Representatives focus on learning routes and providing genuine service, not sales numbers.
