Route Service Representative (Route Driver)

Location: Sun Prairie, WI.

ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Service Representative to service a defined route of customers—including local businesses, schools, and government agencies—to build lasting relationships through reliable, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers.
• Remove used products (uniforms, floor mats, shop towels, etc.) and replace them with clean products at customer locations.
• Operate a 26‑foot box truck (no CDL required).
• Load and unload products from the box truck.
• Learn and navigate assigned routes.
• Focus on delivering genuine service rather than meeting sales numbers.

Physical Requirements

Employees are regularly on their feet; this active position requires pushing, pulling, and lifting products on and off the box truck.

Schedule and Compensation

Schedule: 6 am start time, Monday through Friday; no weekends or holidays.

Pay: $23–$24 an hour + opportunity for commission plus $1,000 sign‑on bonus after 30 days.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent (required).
• Experience in sales, route delivery, or customer service (preferred).
• Comfortable driving a box truck—training provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
