Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a Route Service Representative/Driver in Heath, OH for a full-time position. You will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products, while building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to upsell.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 40+ hours per week, full benefits, and potential route bonuses and commissions for performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Customer service and sales-oriented mindset required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van preferred.
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Military experience encouraged to apply.
• Must meet all background and compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company truck to pick up and deliver products and garments.
• Load and unload merchandise, handling carts carefully during transport.
• Use company devices to manage orders, update invoices, and maintain route book.
• Perform other duties to support route operations as needed.
