Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply is seeking Route Service Representatives to operate a company truck within an assigned Arizona territory, delivering and picking up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products. You will build strong customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and earn a route bonus and commission while complying with all safety regulations.

This full-time role offers 40+ hours per week with a consistent schedule and benefits, including health and other coverages.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, 21+ years of age.
• Must have an active driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to get a Class A within the next 12 months.
• Customer service and sales-oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience driving a box truck or step-van is preferred.
• Overnight shifts might be required. (Expenses paid).
• Safe driving skills in all weather conditions.
• Military-experienced candidates encouraged.
• Background compliance criteria apply.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring timely deliveries and satisfied customers. As a Route Service Representative, you will drive a company truck within an assigned territory to deliver and pick up uniforms, towels, mats and other rental products. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to earn a route bonus and commission. This role requires operating a truck safely and professionally while following all federal and state vehicle regulations.
