Crystal Clean in Gary, IN is hiring a Sales & Service Route Rep CDL Driver to grow our customer partnerships. You will deliver parts washing units and waste drum pickups, drive sales growth, provide top-notch service, and ensure safety while following company guidelines in a fast-paced field.

The role offers a weekly base salary with bonuses and uncapped commissions, leading to average annual earnings of around $70,000–$85,000 plus comprehensive benefits; healthcare, wellness, and tuition

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Class B CDL with Med Card, Airbrake and HAZMAT certifications.
• Experience in route sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: expand business with new and existing customers.
• Deliver Top-Notch Service: services at customer facilities including parts washing units and drum pickup.
• Ensure Safety and Efficiency: follow safety guidelines and inspect vehicle/equipment.
• Cultivate Relationships: build and maintain customer relationships and pursue additional services.
• Achieve Goals: meet sales quotas and contribute to revenue growth.
