Mission Linen Supply is hiring motivated, sales-driven Route Sales & Service Representatives to manage an established customer route, grow accounts, and earn real commission on the business you build. This isn't a delivery job with a sales title, it's a B2B sales and account management role that happens to come with a truck.

Starting pay is $22/hour with potential to exceed $80,000 annually via uncapped commission once a route is assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales and customer service experience.
• Valid Class C driver's license; CDL not required.
• Clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs daily; comfortable with loading/unloading.
• Must be able to drive a 26' bobtail truck.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a designated route; account management and outside sales, not just delivery.
• Prospect and close new business within your territory.
• Upsell existing customers on additional products and services.
• Be tech-savvy; learn new systems with minimal training.
• Deliver and pick up linen, uniforms, and related products on schedule.
• Build long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional service.
• Resolve service issues quickly and keep customers satisfied.
• Handle invoicing, collections, and accurate transaction records.
