Job summary

Vestis is seeking a Route Sales Support Driver to build strong relationships with customers while driving sales growth on a dedicated route. You will operate a step van, ensure timely deliveries, verify vehicle maintenance, and manage documentation and invoices.

The role emphasizes excellent service, clear communication of pricing/policies, and safety adherence. The successful candidate will combine customer focus with the ability to meet sales goals, develop new business, and work independently

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Customer service experience with a wide variety of client contact.
• Strong math and basic computer skills.
• Experience selling services/products and generating new business preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer concerns.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a step van to provide products and service.
• Verify daily vehicle maintenance and documentation.
• Manage daily route to ensure timely delivery of product.
• Load/unload product per company policies and guidelines.
• Review invoices daily for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
• Meet sales goals and grow route profitability.
• Develop leads and solicit new accounts; assist sales with new business.
• Clearly communicate services, policies, and pricing to customers.
• Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly and courteously.
• Follow safety procedures and policies; maintain personal safety.
