Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Linden, NJ is seeking a CDL Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee. This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services along a defined route.

During training you will obtain HazMat and Tanker endorsements and learn to operate in compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Class B CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements to be obtained within 90 days.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class B box truck to service parts washers onsite.
• Visit 10–12 customer sites per day and upsell products/services.
• Handle containerized hazardous waste pickups and route deliveries.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance on all tasks.
