Job summary

Safety-Kleen in Salisbury, MA is seeking a Sales and Service Route Driver Trainee to train for a Class B box truck route. You will service onsite parts washers, pick up waste, and sell products and services along a defined route. The program includes company-paid CDL training and progression to a driver role.

Qualifications

• CDL-B required within 180 days of employment (company paid).
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 30 days of CDL B.
• Ability to work independently and manage time and productivity.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Problem solving skills.
• Physical requirements per job.
• Background check, drug test, and medical exam required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups on time.
• Switch 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions at customer sites.
• Complete documentation and labeling.
• Generate leads and sell additional products/services.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and safety regulations.
• Safely operate Class B box truck.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
