Job summary

Schwan's Company is seeking a route-based merchandiser in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on placing orders and merchandising to keep products on store shelves for grocery shoppers, with a daily route and occasional weekends.

You will gain display space, promote new products, and use handheld sales software as part of a fast-paced team environment. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation; 18 years or older.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using equipment.
• Must meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise products to ensure availability on store shelves.
• Drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise products, maintain display space, and rotate products.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work with co-workers in a fast-paced environment.
• Utilize your personal vehicle for daily route.
