Frito-Lay North America, Inc. is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver, sell, and merchandise our full line of snacks to local stores across Richmond, VA. You will drive a FritoLay truck, unload orders, and collaborate with store managers to grow sales.
The role is full-time, with 55+ hours per week, rotating days off, and a start around 4AM. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, and education support. This position offers room to grow within PepsiCo.

Route Sales Representatives are critical to our success at FritoLay! Our Route Sales Representatives are responsible for delivering, selling, and merchandising FritoLay’s complete line of products including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more to local stores including gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. As a Route Sales Representative, you drive a FritoLay truck to different stores, work independently to unload orders, merchandise product, and partner with store managers to increase sales, order, and maintain records throughout the day.

In this role, here are some of the frequent tasks you will be doing:We operate 24 hours a day, so you may not have a typical schedule! Team members often work weekends and holidays. Our jobs are physical! If you have never worked in this type of role before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift.
