We offer an exclusive 1099 contractor opportunity for experienced field sales professionals aiming to earn $3,000–$6,000/month through our incentive structure.
Responsibilities
- Open 20–40 new independent stores per month in your territory.
- Establish and grow relationships with convenience stores, grocery, liquor, smoke shops, and gas stations.
- Drive product distribution by securing initial orders and reorders for partner brands.
- Visit stores weekly to create new accounts and increase brand penetration.
- Negotiate pricing, displays, and promotions to maximize sales and earn bonuses.
- Be self-driven to open accounts and build pipelines independently.
- Leverage existing relationships with retail owners if available.
- Overcome objections, secure orders, and structure promotions.
- Treat your territory as your personal business unit, maximizing coverage.
- Use a smartphone to update store visit outcomes via Airtable app.
- Earn 3-5% of every wholesale order placed.
- Expected total earnings: $3,000–$6,000/month, with high performers earning more.
