We are a small, detail-oriented team seeking an immediate hire for a local Delivery Driver operating a 26' refrigerated box truck. NO CDL required.

Work Schedule: Currently 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday), with opportunities to increase to 5 days for extra income.

Duties:

• Safely operate a 26' box truck in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations (approx 1000 miles per week).
• Operate hand trucks, U-boats, pallet jacks, and lift gates safely.
• Communicate professionally with customers, resolve or relay issues promptly, and coordinate effectively with the team.
• Stock deliveries according to company standards and generate orders for subsequent deliveries, emphasizing sales maximization through consistent service and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate independently.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to stay overnight in a hotel once a week (company paid, plus meal stipend).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs continually throughout the day.
• Ability to operate a hand truck with a load of 200+ lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong desire to maximize income.

Compensation:

• Training pay: $1000/week.
• Post-training: Commission-based pay, with potential to earn $70k-$100k annually.
