Small, detail-oriented team seeking an immediate hire for a local Delivery Driver operating a 26' refrigerated box truck. NO CDL required.

Work Schedule: Currently 4 days/week (Monday - Thursday), with potential to increase to 5 days for extra income.

Duties:

1. Safely operate a 26' box truck in compliance with all DOT and FMCSA regulations (approx 1000 miles/week).
2. Operate hand truck, u boat, pallet jack, and lift gate safely.
3. Communicate professionally with customers, resolve or relay issues promptly, and coordinate with team.
4. Stock deliveries according to standards and generate orders for the next delivery, focusing on maximizing sales through consistent deliveries and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Ability to operate independently.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Willingness to stay overnight in a hotel once a week (company paid, plus meal stipend).
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs continually throughout the day.
• Ability to operate a hand truck with a load of 200+ lbs repeatedly.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Strong desire to maximize income.
• Willing to work 4 days/week.

Compensation:

• Training pay: $1000/week.
• Post-training: commission-based earning potential of $70k-$100k annually.
