Job summary

Tony's Pizza Events Center is hiring a route-based sales merchandiser to place orders and merchandise products, ensuring they are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

You will drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products, merchandise and rotate stock, use handheld technology to complete daily work, build in-store relationships, and travel your assigned route in your personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and move frozen product as needed.
• Willingness to travel on assigned route and meet background/drug test requirements.

• Place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.
• Place orders and drive additional sales by gaining display space and promoting new products.
• Merchandise product, maintain display space, and rotate product.
• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily work.
• Build in-store relationships and work effectively with co-workers in a fast-paced environment; utilize personal vehicle for daily route.

What We Offer

• Pay: $53000 - $55000
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route
