Job summary

The Swan Food Company is hiring for a field sales role on a dedicated Maryland route. You will place orders and merchandise products to ensure availability on store shelves for grocery shoppers. You will drive additional sales by securing display space and promoting new items.

Use handheld devices and sales software to complete daily tasks while building strong relationships with store teams. A valid license and reliable transportation are required for the daily route.

• Experience with grocery retail and in-store promotions preferred.
• Must be able to use handheld technology for daily tasks.

What We Offer

• Pay: $53000 - $55000
• Compensation is a combination of base pay plus commission
• Monday -- Friday schedule (occasional weekends) on assigned route

What You Will Do

In this position, you will place orders and merchandise product to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

What We Look For

• Grocery experience (preferred but not required)
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment
• Ability to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements
