Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a route merchandising role in the Baltimore, MD area. You will place orders, merchandise, and promote products to ensure availability on store shelves for grocery shoppers.

The position offers a base pay with commission, a full benefits package, and an on-site schedule from Monday to Friday with occasional weekends. The role requires grocery experience (preferred), a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 35 pounds.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• 18 years or older; ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product safely.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Place orders and merchandise product to ensure availability on store shelves.

• Use handheld technology and sales software to complete daily tasks.
