Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking a route delivery professional in Menomonee Falls, WI, to drive a PepsiCo truck on local routes and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining strict stock levels and inventory accuracy.

You will interact with store teams to ensure displays and shelves are well-stocked and aligned with national and local initiatives. The role involves lifting up to 40 lbs frequently, starting in the relief pool with variable days, and a start time around 4–5am.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Frequent ability to lift 40 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams and collect proof of delivery when needed.
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
