Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a relief pool driver in Union Grove, WI. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, deliver and check in orders, and maintain delivery records. Start early with varying days and a 4–5 am start window.

You will unload product, stock shelves and displays, rotate inventory for freshness, and build relationships with store managers to support promotions and in‑store initiatives. Training and benefits are provided as part of a full‑time role.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
