Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a route driver to service local stores in West Bend, WI. You will drive a PepsiCo truck, deliver and check in orders, unload and stock shelves, and maintain inventory while building strong relationships with store managers.

Starting in the relief pool, you will gain training to use provided tools and contribute to national and local initiatives, with a focus on timely deliveries and product freshness.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver's license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
