Job summary

Herr Foods Inc. is seeking an Hourly Route Sales Representative for the Perryopolis, PA area, serving Clarksburg, WV. You will drive a step-van, deliver and merchandise snacks, and provide excellent customer service to grocery and independent stores.

This full-time role offers $19.00–$20.00 per hour, a retention bonus up to $250, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401k with company match, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time. Schedule is Monday–Friday, approx.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs in 3 years.
• GED or high school diploma required.
• Able to read, write, understand and speak English.
• Must pass job-related assessment with 70% or better.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sell, deliver, stock and merchandise Herr's brand snacks to grocery stores.
• Increase customer sales volume and build relationships with decision makers.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate product knowledge.
• Process orders and manage inventory accurately.
• Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety checks and maintain the truck.
