Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time route driver in Lansing, MI to deliver and stock Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos at local stores and rotate inventory for freshness.

You will start between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., lift up to 40 lbs, and maintain delivery records using provided tools while building strong relationships with store managers to grow sales and support national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
