Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a delivery driver to service local stores, drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders with store teams, unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

You will build relationships with store managers, complete daily records with provided tools (training provided), and work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment with on-the-job training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
