Job summary

You'll drive a PepsiCo truck, check in orders, unload and stock shelves, rotate inventory, and build strong relationships with store managers to grow sales.

This on-site role starts early (4:00 AM - 6:00 AM) and offers on-the-job training, a fast-paced environment, and competitive pay plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
