Job summary

Arc3 Gases in Frederick, MD seeks a Route Sales Representative to build strong customer relationships while delivering hard goods and gas cylinders on a scheduled route. You will meet customers face-to-face daily and retrieve empties by truck.

The role requires physical work on a Monday–Friday schedule with safety and efficiency at the core. Responsibilities include loading and unloading, maintaining documents, ensuring stock levels, and occasional store duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
• Experience with compressed gases and gas cylinders is a plus.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, deliver and unload hard goods and cylinders containing compressed gases to customers, and retrieve empty cylinders.
• Maintain load manifests and vehicle documents.
• Identify and monitor customers’ needs and maintain their stock levels.
• Operate a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
• Comply with safety rules, DOT and OSHA regulations.
• Perform counter sales and assist customers in-store when necessary.
• Warehouse duties such as receiving, shipping and paperwork.
• Assist with inventory, showroom displays and demonstrations as required.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
