Qualifications

• Four-year college certificate or two to four years related experience or equivalent.
• Computer and software skills are required.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, margins and percentages.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, customers, and the public.
• Ability to adapt and make decisions in changing situations.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop rapport with customers.
• Sell new items, brand extensions, ad features, displays, and promotions to off-premise accounts.
• Use route accounting systems and eoStar to complete inventory and create orders.
• Keep account shelves and back rooms organized.
• Maintain acceptable quality ratings.
• Pre-plan the monthly market plan.
• Place and maintain displays with appropriate size and positions.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and communicate with Team Leader and drivers.
